New: in Inbox, your own message shows a small marker once an agent has answered it; tap the marker to jump to the newest answer card.
New: tap an answer card to jump to the message it answers.
New: a thread row shows how many of your messages are still waiting for an answer.
The app now reports its version to the server, so an issue you send can be matched to the build you run.

App doesn’t open, or nothing seems to happen?

If the Mac app does not open, try these steps:

Reinstall by dragging, not double-clicking from the disk image.
Download the latest .dmg, drag Mixcrew to Applications, eject the disk image, then open it from Applications.
If it’s just sitting there, give it a few minutes before assuming it’s stuck.
macOS may take a few minutes to check a newly installed app before opening it.
Still nothing after several minutes? Try a different network (e.g. a phone hotspot) and reopen it.
Try another network, then contact support with the diagnostic log below if the app still will not open.

A diagnostic log Termio writes on launch is the best evidence we have for figuring out what’s different about your Mac — attach ~/.termio/logs/cmd-diag.log to an email to support@termio.xyz (if that file doesn’t exist at all, tell us that too — it narrows things down just as much as its contents would).
